This Boston Whaler 27 Walkaround stands out first and foremost for her power. The two 225 hp Mercury FourStroke V6 outboards are brand new engines, fitted in June 2025, showing only 41.9 and 42.6 hours on the gauges. For a buyer, that represents a full repower already carried out, without the expense or the uncertainty that propulsion usually represents on a boat of this period.

Maintenance follows the same logic. The through-hulls and seacocks were entirely replaced in March 2026, the antifouling has just been redone and servicing has been up to date since April 2026, with invoices available. These are precisely the items one worries about on a 1992 boat, and all of them have been dealt with.

The model is sought after. Built during the Reebok era, when Boston Whaler paid the greatest attention to its hardware and hull design, this 27 Walkaround features the uncommon Whaler Drive version. Her foam-filled hull makes her unsinkable, her deck plan provides full walkaround circulation and she is certified for twelve people.

The layout allows genuine liveaboard use with four berths in two separate sleeping areas, linked inside and served by two distinct entrances. The saloon seats eight and converts into a berth, while a second bed stays permanently made up. The galley has a refrigerator and a gas burner, the heads has hot water and a brand new electric marine toilet with holding tank.

The cockpit was designed for sport fishing. The deep fish boxes include a lit and oxygenated livewell and an ice crusher, and also serve as stowage. A preparation station with a hot water sink, a raw water washdown pump and LED floodlights on the T-Top complete the setup. The outdoor seating converts into a sunbed and the aft lounge with its table is new.

Equipment includes a depth sounder, VHF, a Fusion Bluetooth stereo, a Victron battery monitor controlled from an app, a Victron shore charger and 220 V sockets on board. Lighting is entirely LED and a 100 W solar panel is fitted on the cockpit roof. The period wooden doors and side lockers have been retained. A sun awning, cockpit cover and winter tarpaulin complete the protection.

The boat can be viewed in Marseille, at Pointe Rouge. She is sold without her berth, which can be retained for an additional sum at the Pointe Rouge Yacht Club. A tender with a 2.5 hp Mercury outboard or an electric motor is available as an option, price to be agreed. Further photos and videos available on request.
