Lagoon 400 – Owner version 3 cabins

Beautiful unit in excellent condition, benefiting from a thorough maintenance history and significant refit programs carried out in 2024 and 2026, offering a rare level of reliability and equipment on the market.

In October / November 2024, major works were completed including replacement of shrouds, forestay and fittings, full renewal of running rigging, and upgrade of navigation electronics with Raymarine 12-inch display, radar, AIS and EPIRB. Seacocks, solar panels, sail-drives, propellers and watermaker membranes were also replaced, ensuring a technically up-to-date vessel.

The propulsion system has been secured with a new port engine with approximately 750 hours and a fully refitted starboard engine, providing reliability and peace of mind.

In 2026, the boat underwent further upgrades including a new martingale with repositioning, new stainless steel freezer, new watermaker pump and new fresh and seawater pressure pumps.

Deck equipment and handling systems have been fully optimized with a new 25 kg Spade anchor, complete windlass service with added Bluetooth control, full refurbishment of the electric Harken winch, and replacement of genoa tracks and sliders.

The sail inventory has been upgraded with a new 36 m² genoa and a new 75 m² Code 0, enhancing sailing performance.

Onboard comfort has been improved with new plumbing fixtures, a new starboard toilet, refreshed interior with saloon repainting, and installation of a new winter cockpit enclosure and helm protection.

Safety has been reinforced with new automatic bilge pumps, full black water tank cleaning with hose replacement, as well as rudder stock replacement and structural repair on the starboard side.

The hull has been fully polished and underwater maintenance completed.

An outboard bracket for a 15 HP Honda engine has been installed.

The boat is also equipped with 4 new blackout/mosquito screen modules.

This Lagoon 400 is ready to sail immediately, in excellent overall condition, ideal for comfortable and safe cruising.
